Children sleeping in a double room with 2 adults:
- till 3 years of age only with meals 90% discount.
- till 3 years of age with cradle and meals 75% discount.
Children sleeping in a Triple room or a Four-Bedroom with 2 adults:
- 0 - 6 years 50% discount;
- 6 - 12 years 30% discount;
- over 12 years 10% discount;
- Single room Supplement € 20,00.
- Daily surcharge for Comfort room (triple room used as double) from € 10,00 to € 25,00 depending on the period (see pricelist).
- Small Pets Allowed: € 5,00 / day (not admitted in the Restaurant, Swimmingpool and Gym and on the beach in front of the hotel).
- Parking € 8,00 per day to be reserved at time of booking.
- Bicycles for rent (€ 2,00 per hour or € 10,00 per day).
DEPOSIT:
The reservation becomes effective only after sending a deposit of 30% of the total booked stay with the minimum amount of one night. The deposit has to be paid by bank transfer or by credit card withdrawal.
CANCELLATIONS:
The cancellation made at least 21 days (period E and F), 14 days (period D), 7 days (period C) before the arrival date provides the refund of the amount paid as a deposit, net of the fixed management fees of 30.00 Euros for each room reserved. Later cancellations result in the complete loss of the paid deposit. Cancellation made at least 1 day (period A and B) before the arrival date is free.
Later cancellations will be charged with the first night's stay. "No show", before check-in, will be charged 100% of the booked stay. Delayed arrivals or early departures involve the charge of the room fees for the entire agreed period.
TOURIST TAX: valid for the period 01.05 - 30.09: Euro 1,20 per person per day, to be paid for the first 10 days of the journey. Children till the age of 12 are exempted from the payment;
