Rates per person per day including :
hotel service, taxes and private beach with 1 umbrella and 2 beach beds for each room (beach services is granted only durind the official season period). All rooms are completely renovated each with: Balcony air conditioning, heating, sat-tv, telephone, safe and fridge,
privat bathroom with boxshower and hairdryer. Bicycle can be rented. Reservation with surcharge must be made for Parking. Free Wifi. Drinks and Tourist tax (if applied) are not included.

Children sleeping in a double room with 2 adults:
- till 3 years of age only with meals 90% discount.
- till 3 years of age with cradle and meals 75% discount.
Children sleeping in a Triple room or a Four-Bedroom with 2 adults:
- 0 - 6 years 50% discount;
- 6 - 12 years 30% discount;
- over 12 years 10% discount;
Daily surcharge
- Single room Supplement € 20,00.
- Daily surcharge for Superior room (triple room used as double) € 10.00 per person.
- Small Pets Allowed: 3.00 € / day (not admitted in the Restaurant).
- Parking € 5,00 per day to be reserved at time of booking.
- Bicycles for rent (€ 2,00 per hour or € 10,00 per day)
- For less then 3 days stay there is a supplement of 20% on Halfboard or Fullboard Price.
No reduction for guests who are absent from meals.
DEPOSIT:
The Reservation becomes effective only after sending a 300,00 Euro deposit with a Bank.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation done till 21 days before the date of arrival will be refunded 90% of the deposit. Cancellations afterwards results in lost of deposit. In case of late arrival, departure ahead of time or no–show, the client has to pay the room for all the agreed period.
